All of our expertise in 3D printing comes from our exclusive experience and know-how in the fields of aerospace and motor racing.

Indeed, one of the priorities of our method of production using additive stereolithography is to produce smooth clear aligners.

Our treatment plan development software, combined with a sophisticated system for programming our cutting machines, delivers a high level of cutting precision along the edges of our Smilers® clear aligners. The boundary with the gum is personalised for each patient.

Haute Couture polishing

Your Smilers® invisible aligners are created individually using 3D printing in our factories at Salon of Provence according to the Smilers® technology. Thanks to this, our retainers are transparent and comfortable.

The Smilers® clear retainers are then cut to measure according to the exact line of your teeth. They are manually polished in our workshop to make them comfortable and transparent throughout your orthodontic treatment. From the first day that you wear them.
